The installation of the mud gate valve is fast and convenient, with strong rigidity, safety and reliability, good sealing effect between the valve seat and gate plate, and easy opening. There are two types of high-pressure mud gate valves: non-metallic sealing and metal sealing. They are mainly used in oil and mining drilling mud circulation system equipment to control mud flow and closure. The connection form is trapezoidal thread or flange type. The installation and maintenance of gate valves should pay attention to the following matters:

1. Handwheels, handles, and transmission mechanisms are not allowed for lifting purposes, and collisions are strictly prohibited.

2. Gate valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).

3. Install the gate valve with transmission mechanism according to the product manual.

4. If the valve is frequently opened and closed, lubricate it at least once a month.
