    single-screw pump

A single screw pump is a single screw transport pump, whose main working components are the eccentric spiral screw (called the rotor) and the screw liner with a double helical surface on the inner surface (called the stator). Its working principle is that when the electric motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis on the one hand, and on the other hand, it rolls along the inner surface of the sleeve, forming the sealing chamber of the pump. Every time the screw rotates, the liquid in the sealing chamber is pushed forward by one pitch. As the screw continues to rotate, the liquid is pressed in a spiral shape from one sealing chamber to another, and finally the pump body is squeezed out. Screw pump is a new type of liquid conveying machinery, which has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform liquid output, and stable pressure.

A single screw pump is a type of pump that utilizes the rotation of the screw to suction and discharge liquids, and is most suitable for suction and discharge of viscous liquids.

Single screw pump is a new type of pump that operates according to the principle of rotary meshing displacement. Its main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed sleeve (stator).

Due to the special geometric shape of these two components, separate sealed cavities are formed, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. The output pressure of each stage of the pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clean water), and the self suction height is generally 6m. It is suitable for conveying medium temperatures below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach 150 ℃).

Due to the use of multiple elastic materials in the stator, this type of pump has characteristics that ordinary pumps cannot handle in the transportation of high viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed.

The transmission can be directly transmitted through couplings, or variable speed devices such as variable speed motors, V-belts, and gearboxes can be used. This type of pump has fewer parts, compact structure, small volume, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of this pump, with a simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly.
