Ordinary blowout preventers include fully sealed and semi sealed rams, which can seal the entire wellhead; A semi sealed seal is used to seal the annular section of the wellhead in the presence of drill pipes. The universal blowout preventer can be activated in emergency situations to handle any size of drilling tools and empty wells; Rotating blowout preventers can achieve simultaneous drilling and spraying operations. In deep well drilling, in addition to two types of ordinary blowout preventers, a universal blowout preventer and a rotary blowout preventer are often added to make three or four combinations installed at the wellhead. Annular blowout preventers are usually equipped with a large gate of a ram type blowout preventer, which forms a sealed annular space between the pipe string and the wellbore during operation. Even without a pipe string in the well, the well can be sealed separately, but a few uses are not enough, and long-term shut-in use is not allowed.
