1. Firstly, we must ensure that the water quality meets the standards, and strictly conduct water quality testing and management. Implement separate injection of clean and dirty water, strengthen the cleaning work of the main water pipeline, ensure that the water quality inside the station and at the bottom of the well meets the standard, and reduce the introduction of corrosion sources into the annular space;

2. For injection wells that have already been put into operation, an annular protective fluid mainly used for sterilization should be added, and a system should be established to regularly add it;

3. Considering that mechanical scratches have an accelerating effect on the corrosion of petroleum casing, it is recommended to add a rubber ring to the tubing coupling or a centralizer to the severely deviated part of the well to avoid scratching the casing and contacting one side of the casing during operation and water injection;

4. In response to the severe corrosion of bacteria under the scale and the slow growth and killing of SRB at high temperatures, high-temperature water or steam at 100 degrees Celsius can be regularly injected into the annulus to kill the SRB under the scale;

5. It is not recommended to promote the use of cathodic protection and coated casing until the corrosion inside the casing of the water injection well is effectively controlled.
