1. When conducting cementing operations, it is necessary to prevent the use of cement plugs before using the cement head, which can be divided into upper and lower plugs;

2. Before injecting mud, put in the lower rubber plug and wait for the predetermined amount of cement slurry to be injected. Then, put in the upper plug and pump in mud or water to push the cement slurry down;

3. The lower plug is blocked by the support ring, and the partition in its center hole is crushed until all the cement slurry is squeezed out of the casing. The upper and lower plugs collide, blocking the liquid channel, and the pump pressure suddenly increases. The cementing operation ends.

4. After the cement injection is completed, close the gate that leads to the outside of the cement head, remove the connecting pipeline, wait for 48 hours for setting, and then conduct pressure testing through the cement head to check the quality of the well cementation;

5. Maintain the cement head well to avoid quality issues during the next cement injection.
